#DeckerWatch is over! The Titans have agreed to terms with the receiver who visited last week. He spent the past three seasons with the Jets, and was with the Broncos for four seasons before that. He has 385 career receptions for 5,253 receiving yards, and 52 touchdowns. Last season he only played in three games, and was placed on injury reserve in October just before he underwent surgeries on his hip and shoulder. Decker now joins a group of receivers that already includes: Rishard Matthews, Corey Davis, Taywan Taylor, Tajae Sharpe, Tre McBride, and Harry Douglas.
Quick Hit: Jim Wyatt's mailbag.
Here are six things that stood out to Jim Wyatt from the Titans' minicamp. Mariota is showing some great progress. His workload increased, and his footwork and movement looked improved compared to OTAs. Davis' strength stood out to Jim. Coaches turned him loose during minicamp, and he made many impressive plays, and Jim foresees him winning many one-on-one drills in the near future. Derrick Henry's hands and Kevin Byard's comfort level also stood out to him. There was positive news on Dodd's foot, and Dennis Kelly's foot allowed the players to take last Friday off.
That's all for today. Happy reading!
