It appears that all the speculation is true. Eric Decker is visiting the Tennessee Titans, per multiple reports.
Former NY Jets' WR Eric Decker is meeting today with the Tennessee Titans, as @fhnixon said. Tennessee had appeal to Decker family.

The Titans drafted Corey Davis and Taywan Taylor in the NFL Draft just weeks ago, but are still interested in adding Decker. I don’t think that’s an indictment of the rookies performance to this point, rather just a rare opportunity to add a veteran with plenty left in the tank.
Decker would likely slot in immediately as a top three option for the Titans, depending on how fast Corey Davis progresses. Adding a veteran like this can only help — relying on rookie receivers is still a risky proposition. Decker could help bridge that gap.
Rishard Matthews, Eric Decker, Corey Davis and Taywan Taylor would easily be the best combination of receivers that the Titans have ever had.
Nashville likely appeals to Decker’s wife, Jessie James, who is a musician. That’s just something to keep in mind here.
