Titans Links!
The Titans will wrap up their offseason work this week, and Mularkey is wanting the team to finish up the same way they started: strong. The offseason work will conclude with a three day minicamp, and that begins today. Players will not return for team activities again until the end of July for training camp. Mularkey said the goal for the team in April was to see if everyone could get better, and he feels they have done that. He also stated the team is better now than they were a year ago, and hopes the team is better than they were when they ended the season. What can be expected from minicamp? Mularkey said coaches will have more time to spend with the players, so they can spend time improving things even more before training camp begins next month.
Jason Wolf has three things to take away from OTAs. Mariota nearing 100 percent. Mariota himself said he will be 100 percent when training camp comes around, and that this next month is for getting his body in condition and ready to go. Davis saw more action after being limited from an ankle injury. Davis is the only drafted player to not be signed to the team yet. Some players are still healing from injuries. DeMarco Murray, Tajae Sharpe, Matt Cassel, Kevin Dodd, Sylvester Williams, and Karl Klug are all currently sidelined.
That's all for today. Happy reading!
