The Tennessean is reporting that a Nashville man has filed a lawsuit against Tajae Sharpe and Sebastian Tretola. The man claims that Sharpe beat him up while Tretola served as a lookout. The Tennessean also says that the man has met with police and an investigation has been opened.
The fight allegedly started because the man said Sharpe would get less playing time because the Titans spent their first round pick on WR Corey Davis.
Sharpe’s agent had this to say about the alleged incident:
"The claims are ridiculous," Sharpe's agent, Blaine Roche, told The Tennessean. "Tajae unequivocally denies any and all involvement and he looks forward to vindicating his name, clearing his name of any and all wrongdoing here."
Hopefully there is nothing to this. Sharpe would be best served to stay out of trouble and have a good training camp because his spot on this roster is by no means safe. This coaching staff loves Harry Douglas. The last thing Sharpe needs to do is give the team an off the field reason to keep Douglas over him.
