The Titans are still without a second round pick, so day two of the draft will be a long wait until they pick again in the third round. The Titans traded away their second round pick in last year's draft for right tackle Jack Conklin. The price was considered steep by some, but Conklin more than made up for the price. Quick Hit: NFL Draft Needs: Titans
For the first time ever: NFL teams are allowed to video conference with draft-eligible players, and that is without it counting against the team's 30 non-local visits. Teams use every opportunity they can to get to know players during the pre-draft process. Senior Bowl conversations, NFL combine interviews, pro days, private workouts, all-star games, and pre-draft visits are all ways teams get to know the players. Video conferencing can now be added to the list, and Robinson said it's another good way of getting to talk to the player with a "job interview" feel. The video conferences are allowed to take place the day after the combine up to April 26.
Quick Hit: Titans met with Cam Sutton.
