When it comes to the draft: Jon Robinson values the input from coaches. Robinson has now had a year to implement his scouting strategy, and the scouting team has now had time to learn how he wants things done. JRob doesn't just want the scouting on the same page though. He wants everyone on the same page. Robinson has gotten assistant coaches involved in the process, and it's believed that will help the team have a better feel on players leading up to the draft.

The Titans have some choices with their fifth pick in the first round. The favorite right now is Marshon Lattimore. The Titans need cornerback help, so it's no surprise that he is the favorite among analysts. Jamal Adams would also add help to the secondary in the backfield, and he is the second favored pick. Malik Hooker, Johnathan Allen, and Haason Reddick (honestly the first time I've even heard of that dude).
