DeMarco Murray is aiming to pick up where he left off. Dude was highly productive for the team last season. He rushed for over 100 yards in 5 games last year, and finished third in the NFL with 1,287 rushing yards. He also finished the year with a combined total of 1,664 yards (377 yards receiving), and 9 rushing touchdowns and 3 receiving touchdowns. He says that the key for him is working hard. He also credits running backs coach Sylvester Croom for helping him in his development with the Titans. He says that working with Croom has been an incredible experience, and that Croom has helped him learn routes he hasn't been able to run before, and has also helped him by working on his footwork.

Casey wasn't satisfied with his strength last season. This offseason he has stuck around Nashville, and has been lifting under the watchful eye of strength and conditioning coach Steve Watterson. Casey says that he normally goes back to California to train, but he opted to stay in Tennessee this time around. He said that normally back in California he focuses on cardio and conditioning, but this time he wanted to focus more on getting stronger.
