2017 NFL mock draft: A different look for the Titans

This NFL mock draft has the Titans taking the same positions as normal but in a different order with different players.

Matt Miller has released his weekly scouting notebook. It is always full of interesting tidbits. He says this week that he has confirmed with a source that the Titans are interested in Marcus Lattimore. He also says he thinks Mike Williams is in play for the Titans at 5 if Lattimore isn’t there (more on this scenario from Lambert here). Man, I don’t think I am going to be very happy if the Titans end up picking Williams at 5.

Miller also did a mock draft in that notebook. He had the Titans taking Williams at 5 and Colorado CB Chidobe Awuzie at 18. This is the first time I have seen Awuzie going this high. I know nothing about him, but a lot of times I judge corners by what their pictures in our SB Nation picture editor are like. There are an awful lot of him being burnt in there. That seems like a great way to evaluate prospects, right?

What would you think of the draft playing out this way?

Also, if you want more on trade options for the Titans and what happens if they can’t get out of 5, you can listen to last night’s MCM Radio.
