The Titans are not alone in their lack of "home-grown players" on their second contracts. Of the 24 players the team drafted from 2011 to 2013: only two remain on the roster (Casey and Klug). The Titans are actually one of nine teams in the NFL that have two or fewer players on their roster from those three drafts. The Ruston Webster era sucked. So Jon Robinson is off to a good start, and hopefully that trend continues during this year's draft as well. We will likely see more drafted players having longer careers with the Titans if Robinson continues to be good at his job.

The 2017 preseason schedule has been released! Whoo!...whoo. The Titans will be taking on the Jets, Panthers, Bears, and the Chiefs (in that order). The game against the Chicago Bears will be nationally broadcast on Fox, and that game occurs on August 27. The game against the Bears is at noon, so be sure to keep your schedule clear! Preseason! Yeah!
