The Titans have signed their 2nd free agent.
Special teams ace/LB Daren Bates agrees to a 3-year, $6m deal with #Titans, source said.

Not a splashy name by any means here, but more depth. Bates will help out on special teams mainly.
He’s going into his 5th season in the league. After spending three years with the Rams, Bates played with the Raiders in 2016. He’s never totaled more than 9 tackles in a season, so it looks like Bates will be strictly a special teams player.
The deal is for three years, totaling six million total.
