The Texans have traded Brock Osweiler and a 2nd round pick to the Cleveland Browns.
Stunner: Texans trade Brock Osweiler AND 2018 2nd-rd pick to CLEV for Browns to take Osweiler contract off Houston books, sources tell ESPN.

This is something you would see out of the NBA. The Browns took on Brock’s massive cap hit, but gain a future 2nd round pick in the process. Cleveland will ship a 2017 4th round pick to Houston too.
What does this mean? Can you say Tony Romo? This blows the door wide open for Romo to join the Texans. I would imagine Jay Cutler is the backup plan here, but expect the Romo rumors to ramp up now.
