Turn and Face the Strange: Titans Links from Jerlindsey

Titans Links!
The Titans signed someone yesterday...NEWS! #CONFIRMED! The Titans agreed to terms with offensive lineman Tim Lelito (previously was with the Saints). He has played in 63 games, with 24 of those being starts. Last season he played in all 16 games with the Saints. He's a bit of an "all over" offensive lineman. He played at left and right guard, center, and as an extra tight end during his time in New Orleans. We lost Schwenke and Warmack to free agency, so it's nice to get some depth along the line (even if it is just one extra body).

Quick Hit: Big bill on Mariota hasn't come due yet.

Speaking of free agency: the Titans definitely gave the Special Teams a boost by signing some new faces once the off-season officially went underway. The team signed Brynden Trawick, Daren Bates, and Eric Weems to bring in some new life to lackluster Special Teams unit. They also re-signed Nate Palmer and Philip SuperNAH. Special Teams is a pretty underappreciated part of the game, if you ask me, and I'm personally happy about them addressing the problem this off-season.

Quick Hit: Does Anquan Boldin make sense for the Titans?

That's all for today. Happy reading!
