Rishard Matthews and Logan Ryan return to practice for the Titans

Jim Wyatt reports that Rishard Matthews and Logan Ryan returned to practice fully for the Titans today. That is huge on both accounts. Marcus Mariota has really missed Matthews the last two weeks.

The importance of Ryan to this game cannot be overstated. The Titans have matched Ryan up with the opposing team’s #1 receiver quite a bit more in recent weeks. That means Ryan will spend most of his day covering Larry Fitzgerald. Fitz does a lot of his work from the slot. If Ryan misses that would but Brice McCain matched up on Fitz for most of the day. No one wants to see that.

Delanie Walker and Derrick Morgan both missed practice again today. I am not overly worried about Walker. He has an ankle injury that he returned from in the game on Sunday. He will be a go. Morgan is the guy that we will be watching closely tomorrow.
