2018 Pro Bowl snubs: Kevin Byard got robbed

While it is awesome to see 3 Titans named to the Pro Bowl, it is ridiculous that Kevin Byard got left out. Eric Weddle of the Ravens got the nod for the AFC at free safety. Reshad Jones of the Dolphins and Micah Hyde of the Bills got the call at strong safety.

I see the case for Weddle. He has 6 interceptions, 2 forced fumbles and 1 touchdown. That is a solid season and his forced fumble and touchdown numbers are better than Byard’s. So that is fine.

HOWEVA, Byard should have been in over both of the strong safeties that made the cut. He has better numbers. I also don’t understand how Byard wins the fan voting but doesn’t even make the team. That’s crap. Byard is a legitimate snub.

I am seeing a lot of Delanie Walker got snubbed from Titans fans on Twitter and Facebook. Stop it. Delanie hasn’t been very good this year, and he just flat doesn’t deserve to go over Rob Gronkowski or Travis Kelce.
