Harry Douglas returned to practice for the Titans today. He was placed on IR back when the Titans originally trimmed the roster to 53 before week 1. Douglas is eligible to return at any point now. The Titans have 3 weeks to make a decision on what they are going to do with him.

Look, just because Douglas can come off IR doesn’t mean that he should. First off, you have to cut someone to bring Douglas back. Other than Kevin Dodd (#kiddingkindof), who are you cutting for Harry?

Secondly, if Douglas is on this roster the coaches are going to try to get him on the field. Mike Mularkey has an undying love for Harry Douglas. Why else would he still be here? If I see Douglas out there getting snaps ahead of Rishard Matthews, Corey Davis or even Eric Decker my head will explode.

The best thing for everyone here is for Harry Douglas to remain on IR. Jon Robinson should have the ultimate say here. Do the right thing, Jon.
