BREAKING: The AFC South race didn’t end yesterday

Yesterday the Jaguars beat the now 0-10 Cleveland Browns. Jacksonville’s tremendous (#sarcasmfont) win over the Browns moved the Sparkle Kitties to 7-3 and gave them sole possession of 1st place in the AFC South. Jaguars Twitter was acting like they just won the Super Bowl while Titans Twitter was having a meltdown about the Steelers loss all over again.

Well guess what; The Titans still control their own destiny in the AFC South race. If they win the rest of their games, which is improbable but not impossible, they will be the AFC South champions. You know why? Because the Titans smoked the Sparkle Kitties in Jacksonville and still have a week 17 game against them at Nissan Stadium. It sure is nice to have that early win in hand at this point.

So take heart my friends! The season and the AFC South race are a long way from over. The Titans still haven’t played all the way up to their potential, and if nothing else, even as bad as Marcus Mariota played on Thursday night, anyone with a brain would take him 100 times out of 100 over this:
