Titans have the second easiest 2017 schedule

New, comments
NFL: Tennessee Titans at Miami Dolphins Steve Mitchell-USA TODAY Sports

We have been saying for a while now that the Titans schedule is going to lighten up. Opening with the Raiders and Seahawks at home and Jaguars and Texans on the road was no easy task. The Titans managed to emerge from that at 2-2 which was where most of us realistically expected them to be. The loss to the Dolphins was a gut-punch, but the Titans are hardly alone in losing games they should win. Just look at yesterday when the Falcons lost to those same Dolphins at home, and the Broncos lost to the Giants at home with Eli Manning throwing to Trevor and SuperHorn.

Anyway, back to the fact that the schedule is going to lighten up...check out this tweet from Over the Cap this morning:

The Titans are going to have the chance to go on quite the run as long as Marcus Mariota is under center. If the Titans can win tonight and then win at least 2 of the next 3 (@Cleveland, Baltimore, Cincinnati), they will be 5-4 heading into an important three game stretch that starts in Pittsburgh.

But it all starts with breaking the streak tonight!!!!1!!1
