Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network is reporting that Chip Kelly stands a very good chance of becoming the next offensive coordinator for the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Chip Kelly went into #Jaguars OC job interview believing he was going get an offer. Has some assistant hires ready. Good chance it happens.

Blake Bortles is not a good quarterback, but he wouldn’t be the worst fit for Kelly’s system. He is an athletic guy that can do some damage with his legs at times. That is exactly the type of quarterback that Kelly needs.
Kelly hasn’t been good in his stints as a head coach in the NFL. Things started off well for him in Philadelphia, but he burned every bridge in town before he left. He only had one year in San Francisco and went 2-14. To be fair, the 9ers did have one of the least talented rosters in the entire league with Blaine Gabbert and Colin Kaepernick as the only options at quarterback. Bill Belichick would have trouble winning with those guys.
Does the thought of Kelly being the OC in Jacksonville concern you at all from a Titans perspective?
