It really isn't a surprise that Hill would be listed as the starter right now. Sam Bradford hasn't even been there for a week yet. It will take him some time to get up to speed on the offense.
With all that being said, it doesn't really matter. The Vikings offense runs through Adrian Peterson. They just need the quarterback to not lose the game for them. Hill is perfectly capable of doing just that.
It was reported earlier that Teddy Bridgewater will have surgery on Thursday, and the team will have a better idea of the recovery time Bridgewater is facing. Bradford will eventually be the starter for this team and is under contract through next year. What happens if Bradford comes in and plays really well? Do they just hand the job back to Bridgewater when healthy?
