As anticipated, Delanie Walker returned to practice on a limited basis for the Titans today. Hopefully this means he is on track to play this weekend. Delanie said he will be a game time decision on Sunday:

Tajae Sharpe was also limited today with a hamstring issue. Quinton Spain was also limited. Hopefully all 3 of these guys will be ready to go on Sunday. The Titans anemic offense really cannot afford to be down any starters.
Kendall Wright did not appear on the injury report today. Apparently his hamstring held up well after practicing yesterday. All signs continue to point to him being out there on Sunday.
Mike Mularkey missed practice today because of a personal matter. My firs thought about that was addition by subtraction, but then I remembered that Terry Robiskie is the offensive coordinator, so it was probably subtraction by subtraction.
