"Come with me, and you'll be,
In a world of pure imagination..."
Titans Links!
Alright let's kick this thing off with some observations from yesterday's practice. First things first: Wright injured himself again. It's the hamstring, again, but this time in a different area. Wright wasn't able to finish practice, and it's doubtful he will be able to play against Miami. He thinks he'll be able to play the season opener. Hopefully he won't re-injure his re-injury before then. Some positive injury news though: Cox returned to practice! He looked good, and there is a good chance he gets to play on Thursday. Finally: Spain feels like some pressure has been taken off his back now that he's locked down the starting role at left guard. He knows he has some more work to do, but he is going to continue to work and do what he has to do.
Quick Hit: Paul K gives his 53 man roster projection.
There was a little bit of shaking up on the unofficial depth chart yesterday. Rookie safety Kevin Byard moved up to second string free safety. This pushes Huff down to third string. Craig Stevens retired, so Anthony Fasano will now be in the starting lineup opposite of Walker. Kevin Dodd, who wasn't happy with his performance Saturday, has also made a move. He moves up to second string outside linebacker now that Mount has been cut.
Quick Hit: Titans are struggling against running backs in the passing game.
That's all for today. Happy reading!
