We have some good news this morning! The Titans have activated Kevin Dodd from the PUP list. He has been out since the end of OTAs after having foot surgery. He won't play in this weekend's game against the Panthers, but this move should allow him to play in the final two preseason games.
The Titans hope that Dodd is going to give them some depth at the outside linebacker position behind Brian Orakpo and Derrick Morgan. He should bring a nice boost to their pass rush.
Glennon's article linked above also mentions that the Titans agreed to terms with 2 wide receivers- Donte Foster and Jarrod West. Foster is in his 2nd season out of Ohio University. He spent time with the Vikings, Cowboys, Chargers and Giants last season. West is a Syracuse guy who has spent time with the Jets and Steelers.
The Titans were one under the roster limit, so they only had to waive one player when signing two. That players was Josue Matias.
