Paul Kuharsky has the details on how Jack Conklin's rookie contract with the Titans breaks down:
.@Jack_Conklin74's deal w/#Titans: $9.76 SB. 2016 $450k. 2017 $540k w/ $632 RB. 2018 $630 w/ $1.27M RB. 2019 $720k w/ $1.9M RB.

There is really nothing much to see here. With the rookie wage scale in today's NFL these things are pretty standard. With that being said, it is really good to have all of this done well before camp starts.
Now we just need to pray for health for Conklin and the rest of the starters on the offensive line. They have more talent up front, but the depth is still an issue- and they have already lost Byron Bell for the season. They really cannot afford to have another injury, especially to one of the tackles because Bell would have been the one that stepped in to fill that spot.
