The Titans announced today that they have officially place Byron Bell on injured reserve (we have known he was out for the year for a couple of weeks) and agreed to terms with WR Reece Horn:
We have agreed to terms with rookie free agent WR Reece Horn (University of Indianapolis) and placed OL Byron Bell on injured reserve.

Horn played his college ball at the University of Indianapolis. He had been invited to Colts mini-camp earlier this offseason, according to Gregg Doyel, but he obviously didn't stick.
Horn is now an option for the Titans yearly camp/preseason standout at wide receiver that the fans love but ultimately isn't really any good. In other words, he could possibly be this year's Tre McBride.
