The Titans announced today that they have officially place Byron Bell on injured reserve (we have known he was out for the year for a couple of weeks) and agreed to terms with WR Reece Horn:
We have agreed to terms with rookie free agent WR Reece Horn (University of Indianapolis) and placed OL Byron Bell on injured reserve.— Tennessee Titans (@Titans) June 3, 2016
Horn played his college ball at the University of Indianapolis. He had been invited to Colts mini-camp earlier this offseason, according to Gregg Doyel, but he obviously didn't stick.
Horn is now an option for the Titans yearly camp/preseason standout at wide receiver that the fans love but ultimately isn't really any good. In other words, he could possibly be this year's Tre McBride.
