Turn and Face the Strange: Titans Links from Jerlindsey

Matthew Emmons-USA TODAY Sports

"A day late,
A buck short,
I'm writing,
The report..."

*Sorry for the disappearing act yesterday. I was without internet last night, and couldn't get them written. I'm glad you lived without them for a day.

Titans Links!
Did you know that Ben Jones drank his urine once? He is looking to bring attitude to the offensive line, and he's not looking to make any friends. Jones trusts in what the coaches and management are doing for the team, and he wanted to be here and be a part of it. I seriously like this guy.

Quick Hit: Ben Jones asked, "Who is that linebacker?" the first time he laid eyes on Derrick Henry.

Kevin Dodd has been learning form veterans during his first week on the job. Morgan and Orakpo have been showing him the way, and he has embraced their help. Both have been willing to help him whenever he has a question, and he needs someone to talk to. His transition has been eased thanks to the help of these two, and he has liked seeing them handle themselves as pros.

Quick Hit: The Titans will have to wait to get physical. (Let's get physical!)

Jurrell Casey believes rookie tackled Jack Conklin will make him a better player. His line of thinking is that if he (Conklin) is as good as they say he is, then at the end of the day he will make Casey a better player through great competition in practice. He likes that the younger players coming in also tend to have new tricks that they can teach to veteran players.

Quick Hit: Five Titan players who need to win over the new regime.

The Titans have agreed to terms with rookie guard Sebastian Tretola! That means seven out of the ten rookies have now agreed to terms (#OffsetLanguage!!!!). I think it's pretty great they are already getting these guys signed. I have a feeling it won't take them much longer to ink the remaining three rookies. Do work, Robinson!

Quick Hit: Derrick Henry makes "big impression" on his new teammates.

That's all for today. Happy reading!
