Adam Schefter is reporting that Tennessee Titans "wide receiver" Andrew Turzilli has been suspended 4 games after testing positive for a banned substance. I hope that Turzilli kept the receipt for whatever he was taking because it didn't really help him get on the field. Maybe he can get a refund from his provider.
I would imagine this is the end for Turzilli with the Titans. Josh Gordon can get suspended for years on end and still have a job because he is really good at football. That is not the case for ol Andy. The Titans would probably be best served to stay away from receivers that went to Rutgers.
The Titans added Turzilli as an undrafted free agent after the 2015 draft. They cut him later in the summer and the San Francisco 49ers added him to their practice squad. The Titans signed him to the active roster from the 49ers practice squad in November.
