Marcus Mariota is awesome, but you already knew that. According to Paul Kuharsky, Marcus Mariota got the Titans receivers together this past weekend to get some work in before the Titans start their offseason program in the coming weeks. The workouts took place at a local high school here in Nashville, Father Ryan (It's the same place that Zach Mettenberger gathered Titans receivers last offseason).
This is the type of stuff you like to hear about. These guys don't have to be putting in the work right now, but they are. That is what it takes to develop a winning culture. You love to see your franchise quarterback taking these small steps.
PK talked to Dorial Green-Beckham and Harry Douglas about the session. They led him to believe that pretty much all of the receivers and tight ends were there.
Now the Titans just need to make sure they have the line in front of Mariota to give him enough time to get the ball to these guys when it counts.
