Most draft analysts do about 1,000 mock drafts between the Super Bowl and the draft, but not Mike Mayock. Each year Mayock does one mock draft that drops the night before the draft. Mayock's mock draft can be seen here.
He has the Titans trading back up to #6 with the Baltimore Ravens to draft Laremy Tunsil, OT, Ole Miss. I think this is a very real possibility. Think about it this way, it would probably cost pick #15 and #33 to get back up to 6. Robinson could make that deal, get the player he probably would have taken with the #1 overall pick, and still keep all of the picks he got from the Rams. That would be a heck of a move!
A few notes from Mayock's mock:
- He has 3 quarterbacks going in the first round- Jared Goff and Carson Wentz going one and two....and Paxton Lynch going #20 to the Jets.
- Jalen Ramsey goes to the Jaguars at #3. That might make me cry.
- Joey Bosa, who was once thought to be the best player in this draft, falls all the way down to the Cleveland Browns at #8.
- Two guys that have been mocked to the Titans a lot since the trade, Jack Conklin and Vernon Hargreaves, go 10 and 11 respectively in this mock....meaning the Titans wouldn't be able to get either one of them if they stay at 15.
