Well, it appears we have an answer to the Titans' running back situation. Adam Schefter is now reporting that a deal for DeMarco Murray is being finalized that will send the running back to the Titans.

This is the first big move of the Jon Robinson era. We'll wait and see what the compensation is before we judge, but this is a clear upgrade for the Titans. Murray is coming off a disastrous stint with the Eagles, where he only totaled 702 yards. However, he's a career 4.6 yards per carry runner -- a guy that the Titans can certainly get some quality years out of.
This certainly shifts the needs around heading into free agency and the draft. I would say it's safe to cross running back off the list with Murray, Cobb and Andrews in the fold.
