"The angry boy, a bit too insane,
Icing over a secret pain..."
Titans Links!
Yesterday was Florida State's pro day, and Jalen Ramsey had a strong showing. After it was all said and done, Ramsey stated that he doesn't want the Titans to draft him because he is the "hometown kid," but rather because he is the best player in this year's draft. Jon Robinson left feeling impressed by what he had seen. He watched Jalen run drills for both the Safety and Corner position, and felt he looked smooth and fluid in both positions. Robinson definitely has a tough decision to make...
Quick Hit: Jalen Ramsey rates his pro day as "great."
Seven offensive tackles have been drafted in the top ten since 2011...and the results (overall) have been less than stellar. Should the Titans look at the lack of success of those tackles when deciding to draft Tunsil? Paul K believes they shouldn't judge Tunsil based on what those tackles have, or haven't, done.
Quick Hit: Tennessee has eight picks in the upcoming draft, and two of those are in the sixth round.
Check out this piece by Tom Pelissero on new GM Jon Robinson. It is a pretty interesting read. It gives a little more insight into Robinson's path to becoming a GM in the NFL, and talks about his early years in scouting.
That's all for today. Happy reading!
