"Now that the furniture's returning to its goodwill home,
With dishes and last week's paper,
Rumors and elections,
Crosswords, our unending wars..."
Yeah...not a lot of news to link to today. It is what it is I guess.
Titans Links!
The coaches of the AFC South feel the division is getting stronger. Mularkey feels the division has grown stronger thanks to big signings this offseason, and due to teams filling needs with good players. Pagano also notes key players going to each team in the division (except his own), and also mentions how each team has a Quarterback (although the jury is out on Osweiler, but one thing is certain: Burgundy LOVES #Brotles).
Quick Hit: Titans examine pair of Florida draft prospects.
Titans kicker, Ryan Succop, wonders if the new touchback rule will have the desired effect on the game next season. Succop wonders if kickers will now start kicking higher and shorter (on kickoffs) to force return men to field the ball within the five yard line. Succop, however, doesn't feel that the kickoff needs to be taken out of the game. It will be interesting to see touchbacks brought out to the 25 yard line next season. We'll just have to wait and see how that goes.
That's all for today. Happy reading!
