"Gimme data 'cause I need a hit,
How I love stratospheric numbers..."
Titans Links!
The Titans have agreed to terms to a three year deal with Nose Tackle Al Woodz. This news broke on Saturday, and the terms are pending a physical. I'm down with bringing Woodz back to play for the team. I liked him more than I did Sammie Hill anyway.
Quick Hit: Paul K asks, "With Al Woods back, will he be the Titans top nose tackle?"
It's been said, ad nauseum, around here that Robiskie is wanting tough and physical players on the field next season. Rishard Matthews is ready to show he has the physicality that Robiskie is looking for in his players. He likes to point at the game he played against the Titans last year as an example of his physical play. He also plans to meet up and train with Mariota soon. DO WORK!
Quick Hit: Jim Wyatt caught up with ex-Titans OC Norm Chow who discuses how the Titans nearly landed Matt Cassel way back in 2005.
John Glennon took a look at the AFC South teams, and graded them on their offseason moves (so far). My favorite thing from this article is seeing John give the Colts a "D." I'm so glad Irsay went Ir-cray and kept Grigson as his GM. Spoiler: Glennon gave the Titans a "B."
Quick Hit: Terry McCormick informs us that Steelers LB Terence Garvin is set to visit the Titans today.
Jim Wyatt opened up his mailbag this weekend and answered some questions. Quite a bit of them are about the draft (which is obvious).
That's all for today. Happy reading!
