Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network is reporting that former Houston Texans, Pittsburgh Steelers and Miami Dolphins CB Brice McCain is visiting the Tennessee Titans today. The Dolphins signed McCain as a free agent before the 2015 season with the hopes of him being a starting cornerback. He struggled and only started 10 games because he was inconsistent, according to The Phinsider.
I have no doubt that McCain would be an upgrade from the likes of Coty Sensabaugh and Blidi Wreh-Wilson, but he's not the answer the Titans need at corner (the answer's name is Jalen Ramsey, but that isn't what this post is about). Even with that being said, they need to upgrade the overall talent at the corner position. They may feel that McCain is a guy that can help them do that.
McCain was a 6th round pick of the Houston Texans in 2009. He has 153 tackles and 9 interceptions in his 7-year career.
