The Rams made a big move this afternoon with the release of TE Jared Cook, DE Chris Long and ILB James Laurinaitis:
#Rams have released James Laurinaitis, Chris Long and Jared Cook.

Long and Laurinaitis are really good players. Long was one of the best defensive ends in the league from 2010-2013, but his play has fallen off the last couple of years. He has 54.5 sacks in 8 years in the league. I doubt he would be a fit for the Titans.
The guy that is more intriguing to me is Laurinaitis. Now he has been playing in a 4-3 his entire career with the Rams, but he is worth a look for the Titans who could use an upgrade at inside linebacker.
Good ol' Cookie just isn't good football. Jeff Fisher thought he could turn him into a stud twice and failed both times. I know, it's shocking that Fisher thought he could take an athlete and turn him into a good football player, but it is true.
What do you think should the Titans go after Long or Laurinaitis?
