Titans Links!
Rishard Matthews has been playing pretty well lately, but he had to work to gain the trust of the coaching staff and Mariota. He knew his abilities coming in, but he didn't feel the team trusted him completely in the beginning. Lately, though, his playing time has increased, and in the last five games he has 21 receptions for 240 yards, and five touchdowns. He feels like the trust is getting there, and that it's showing now. Mularkey gave him some praise as well. He said Matthews has been making plays for the team, and has been in the right place when making those plays. Mariota said that he's been doing a great job of creating separation, and he feels he's taken it upon himself to do the little things in his route running. Keep building that trust, man!

Quick Hit: Antonio Andrews is ready to step in for the Titans.

The Titans took three players in the third second round of the draft, and they haven't done much yet. In the third round the Titans took Kevin Dodd, Austin Johnson, and Derrick Henry. All three players weren't viewed as immediate starters, but Robinson needed to find some depth for this team, and I'd say he got a good start with those three. The three haven't seen much playing time simply because the guys in front of them have been playing really well this season.

Quick Hit: The team is confident Murray will play, but not so sure about Henry.

Let's check out some notes from yesterday's practice. Running back watch! Murray returned to practice, but was limited. He's expected to play on Sunday, so that's good news! Henry, however, missed practice for the second day in a row. That's not so good news. Mularkey said he is optimistic that Henry will have a limited practice on Friday though. Spain practiced again yesterday! He said it feels good to be on the field again, and just had to wait for the swelling to go down on his knee. The plan is to keep Schwenke in though until Spain is completely healed. More injury news: Walker, Wallace, and Rashard Johnson all practiced yesterday as well. Conklin was still limited with an elbow injury.

Quick Hit: The Titans' run first scheme impresses A-aron Rodgers.

That's all for today. Happy reading!
