After a 1-3 start to the season and a couple of tense press conferences, Mike Mularkey has drawn the ire of much of the Titans fanbase. Maybe that is unfair after only four games, or maybe it isn't. Many remarked that Amy Adams Strunk's biggest black mark thus far was retaining Mularkey as the full time head coach of the team.
