Titans request to interview Jon Robinson of the Buccaneers

The updates are flying fast and furious.  The Titans have requested to interview Tampa Bay Buccaneers  Director of Player Personnel Jon Robinson according to Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network.  We may not hear anything about any head coaching names, but there is plenty of news on the general manager front.

Robinson was with the Patriots from 2006-2013 in various roles.  He has been with the Buccaneers since 2013 in his current role.

Robinson is a native of Union City, Tennessee.  He is from East Tennessee, works for the Buccaneers and his name is Jon.  There has to be a connection to Jon Gruden in there somewhere....right, right?!?!?!?

These searches are clearly making me lose my mind.
