Adam Schefter is reporting that the Colts will start Josh Freeman today against the Titans:

I would feel a lot better about the Titans chances if Stephen Morris was starting.
As for Freeman, he was once thought to be one of the up and coming stars at quarterback. He had some really good years in Tampa Bay from 2010-2012. His career took a weird turn after Freeman and Greg Schiano couldn't seem to get along. Freeman pretty much fell of the map after one game in Minnesota back in 2013.
The Titans defense hasn't been very good the last month, but they might be able to rally against a guy that hasn't started a game in 2 years.
