This is going to break Jerlindsey's heart. He is a huge Shawn Jefferson fan and is probably writing a letter right now to Amy Adams Strunk asking her to back the Brinks truck up to Jefferson's house to keep him in Nashville.
Jefferson was a hot name not very long ago. I remember Pete Prisco said one time that he thought Jefferson would eventually be a head coach. Here's the problem with that- Jefferson hasn't been a good receivers coach. You should probably start with being a good position coach.
Dorial Green-Beckham finally came on at the end of the season, but Jefferson hasn't helped guys like Justin Hunter and Kendall Wright develop at all. As far as I'm concerned, the Titans should be more than willing to let him walk.
