More breaking news about the Tennessee Titans on waiver day

Lots of stuff going down right now with the Tennessee Titans.

Dennis Wierzbicki-USA TODAY Sports

The Tennessee Titans have been anything but quiet today, and the news just keeps on coming. Instead of breaking everything down into smaller posts over time, this is a post that has everything that has gone on in the last 30 minutes with the Tennessee Titans.

Practice Squad:

The Tennessee Titans practice squad is seemingly set according to Jason Wolf of the Tennessean:

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr"><a href="">#Titans</a> sign 7 to practice squad: G/T W Poehls, G J Matias, WR T McBride, WR R Richardson, RB D Fluellen, TE T Westbrook &amp; S J Aubrey.</p>&mdash; Jason Wolf (@JasonWolf) <a href="">September 6, 2015</a></blockquote>
<script async src="//" charset="utf-8"></script>

That is 7 players, two of which (McBride and Aubrey) have some good potential to come up to the active roster this year.

The Tennessee Titans have traded for second year running back Terrance West from the Cleveland Browns. The trade is for virtually nothing too which is great for the Tennessee Titans. They only gave up a conditional 7th round pick in 2016 which basically means that if he doesn't impress the coaching staff they can let him go for nothing.

Terrance West was a hard runner inside and outside last year and tallied 673 yards on 171 touches with 4 touchdowns. West ended up with more yards than any other Browns running back last year, but the coaches were frustrated with him and ultimately that ended up benefiting the Titans.

Roster moves:

Here is a quick look at the roster moves today:

-EDGE David Bass claimed

-ILB Steven Johnson claimed

-Jonathan Massaquoi cut

-Justin Staples cut

-Chase Coffman cut (uh...what? Supernaw ahead of Coffman seems crazy)

-David Cobb put on short term I.R. (calf) eligible to play Week 9 against New Orleans.

What next?

So if my math is right, three guys came in (Bass, Johnson and West) and four guys are gone (Massaquoi, Staples, Coffman, Cobb) so...who is the 53rd man? The fact that it hasn't been announced makes me think that it is a veteran that is coming in, because all waiver players have been claimed to my knowledge.

So if my math is right, we will see but I don't think the Tennessee Titans are done today. If something small happens I will update it here.
