Where PFF says Tennessee Titans have the biggest advantage

The Tennessee Titans would be smart to exploit this.

Jonathan Dyer-USA TODAY Sports

With one week in the books, PFF has their first impressions of players around the league. With the Tennessee Titans blowing out the Bucs and the Cleveland Browns losing to the New York Jets, there are some pretty drastic differences in grades.

These are the matchups that favor the Tennessee Titans most on offense and defense:

Offense:

Kendall Wright (2.4) vs Joe Haden (-2.6)

This is a pretty serious drop from the average play of Joe Haden. Last week he was not on his game and it allowed Ryan Fitzpatrick to pick apart that defense. Kendall Wright was one of the highest rated wide receivers last week despite playing just a handful of snaps. If Haden can't play better, expect Mariota to look his way early and often with Delanie Walker out.

Defense:

Jurrell Casey (4.6) vs Joel Bitonio (-1.6)

While Bitonio was a very good guard throughout most of last year, his last three games have been terrible. Each game he has scored a negative PFF rating, and fans can't be happy that he started off this year on such a negative note. Not only did Bitonio not move anyone in the running game, but he couldn't keep pressure off of his quarterback with two hurries allowed.

Casey on the other hand was his typical, dominant self. He had two big stops in the running game and was constantly harassing the quarterback. I expect the Titans to go more 4-3 today late in downs to get Brian Orakpo or Derrick Morgan vs Joe Thomas leaving the rest of the line to settle their matchups four on three. If you double team Casey then Klug/Woods/Blackson and Morgan should get their one-on-ones.
