The Cleveland Browns have announced this morning that Johnny Manziel will be the starting quarterback on Sunday against the Tennessee Titans:

Dick LeBeau has to be really excited about this news. Josh McCown is not exactly Joe Montana, but he doesn't have the volatility that Johnny Football does. JFF might throw three picks and fumble twice....of course he also might take the ball 60 yards for a touchdown on a broken play.
You can believe that LeBeau will be preaching discipline to his players this week. They will need to play their assignments at all times because it doesn't take more than a crease for Manziel to make a big play.
With all of that being said, I think this is good news for the Titans. Their defense might be worth a start if you are playing DFS....
