The Titans played the Browns last year and it is a game that we would all like to forget (check out the Titans win probability graph in that post, YEESH!). They will get a chance to put that game behind them this year when they travel to Cleveland to take on Johnny John Football (probably). Vegas opened the Titans as a 3.5 point underdog but the line has moved to Even with 70% of the early money coming in on the Titans. The bookmakers clearly didn't watch Marcus Mariota in week 1.
The over/under is currently set at 41.5. You have to take the over seeing as the Titans are averaging 42 points per game, right?
The Browns are better on defense than the Buccaneers, but they did give up 31 to the Jets and Ryan Fitzpatrick last week. Dick LeBeau should have a really nice game plan to shut Manziel down. That will give the Titans plenty of opportunities to put points on the board. I'll take the over. What about you?
