Marcus Mariota made it yet another day without throwing an interception in training camp. That makes 6 practices and over 100 passes attempted without one going the other way. This streak really doesn't mean anything, but it is fun to watch. He ended the day 11 of 17 according to the multiple reporters on hand.

Ken Whisenhunt had the zinger of the day in reference to Justin Hunter:

The bad news from today's practice was that Delanie Walker had to leave early after cutting his hand. He needed 12 stitches to close the cut and will see a hand specialist to make sure the cut is only superficial according to Paul Kuharsky.
Byron Bell, who is in the mix to be the starting right tackle, had to leave practice early with a sore jaw. The injury doesn't appear to be serious, but if Bell misses any time, it is a good opportunity for rookie OT Jeremiah Poutasi. The third tackle in the mix, Byron Stingily, has missed the last couple of practices with what is probably a concussion.
The Titans will be back on the practice field tomorrow at 9:20 for another open practice.
