LeSean McCoy injured in practice; limps to locker room

Mark Konezny-USA TODAY Sports

This has nothing to do with the Titans, but I am guessing that all of you who read this blog every day play fantasy football, and LeSean McCoy is a very important name in fantasy football.  Mike Rodak of ESPN tweeted tonight that McCoy limped off the field with an apparent leg injury.  The good news here is that we are still along way from the start of the season.  McCoy has plenty of time to heal up before the season starts.

This leads me to a larger question with McCoy- where are you taking him in a fantasy football draft.  He was in the discussion for the first pick overall in drafts before last season, but he ended up with just 171.4 points in standard ESPN leagues.  That ranked him somewhere in the 50s- not a great return on investment.

Shady is going to favorable situation.  The Bills don't have a quarterback, and Rex Ryan loves to run the ball.  The Jets, who Ryan coached last season, were 4th in the NFL in rushing attempts.  The real question here is can McCoy hold up to the workload he is going to be given?

FantasyPros.com has McCoy's average draft position (ADP) at 12.2 right now.  Is that too high, too low, or just right?
