The Titans have signed Marcus Mariota, which means Trevor can finally stop his crying. The Titans got it done before camp, and that is all that really matters. I am definitely looking forward to Marcus playing in two-tone blue, and lighting up the AFC South and the rest of the NFL for a long, long time.
Marcus' contract has partial offsets, so both parties win. David Climer says it was only a matter of time, which is pretty obvious. It isn't like the Titans weren't going to sign the number 2 overall selection in the draft.
