Marcus Mariota leads jersey sales at NFL Shop in May

I don't know that any Tennessee Titans player has ever led the NFL Shop in jersey sales for a month, but that is exactly what Marcus Mariota did in the month of May:

Titans fans love to talk about how the team doesn't get any respect nationally.  That will all change if Mariota comes in and pays well.  He is already the most appealing NFL athlete according to DBI:

Sure, the Titans play in a small market, but the main reason they haven't gotten much attention is because they haven't been good.  Mariota gives the team some attention for the short term, but the only way for they are going to get consistent attention is to be consistently good.
