The Titans are looking for a defensive leader, although I'm not completely sure they don't have one already. I think guys like Casey, Morgan, Searcy, Orakpo, Williamson, JMac, and Griff can all be leaders and have been leaders on this defense. I'm not sure if there is an alpha dog personality, but its definitely a leadership by committee at this point.
Martin has lost a lot of weight this offseason, we will see if it translates to better football play from the underused DT from Michigan.
