The veterans and rookies were on the field together for the first time today. It was an up and down day for Marcus Mariota, who had a fumble and interception according to Paul Kuharsky. That same article includes this from Zach Mettenberger on his fight to the death quote:
"I was just trying to be funny and of course through text message you can't really see the sarcasm and me trying to be funny in that," he said before turning up the sarcasm meter again. "But I am, I would fight him to the death right now. Give me an ax, give him maybe a mace or something, we'll do it."
Justin Hunter, who has always been very good in the offseason, was very good today apparently:

Some people are already giving up on Hunter. I am not there yet, but I refuse to get excited about anything he does until he does it in a real game.
Speaking of talented wide receivers with questions to answer, second-round pick Dorial Green-Beckham is limited right now with a hamstring issue. What is it with the Titans and receivers hamstrings? Hopefully it is something that won't linger into training camp.
Sammie Lee Hill is also dealing with an injury. He will have an MRI after hurting his knee in today's practice:
