The Titans finished their draft with, you guessed it, another piece on offense. Ruston Webster was not kidding around when he said that this would be an offensive draft. Even those anticipating a lean on offense could have not have expected this much. This is not a complaint, because the offense was absolutely abysmal last season.
Tre McBride fell quite a bit in this draft. He is a talented wide receiver. Experts slotted him as a mid-round pick; Daniel Jermeiah tabbed him as a 3rd rounder. While he is not the big X that you think of with the team's earlier selection, Dorial Green-Beckham, he can do work in his route running. He can be moved around on the offense, and he adds depth to the position.
The Titans have added a lot of wide receivers this off-season. While countless jokes were made about the Douglas and Nicks signings, there is no doubt that the team is significantly better in this department now. McBride is absolutely tremendous value for the 7th round, and caps off a great draft by the Tennessee Titans.
